2017 ApHC World Championship Show

Karin Troendle successful at 2017 ApHC World Championship Show!
A big congratulations to our non pro rider Karin Troendle on riding her mare Oh Good Grace to many top finishes at the 2017 Appaloosa World Championship Show, including 4th in Working Cowhorse, 8th in Non Pro Reining, and 8th in Open Sr. Reining. Congrats!

2017 WSRHA Buckle Bonanza

Chapman Performance Horses had a great show at the 2017 WSRHA Buckle Bonanza!
Congratulations to these team  members:

  • Sandy Cochran and her mare Alota Electric won the Novice Horse Non Pro Level 1 class.
  • Michelle Chapman rode Medora Fralick’s gelding, Al Marah Star Blade, to the open class championship.
  • Jessica Chapman and Shiney Bueno Starlight won the championship buckle in the 14-18 Youth Class.
  • Morgan Kopischke and her new mare, DR Dun And Bradstreet, won the 13 & Under Reserve Championship.

2017 High Roller Reining Classic

A big congratulations to Medora Fralick on riding her gelding,  Al Marah Star Blade, to the Non Pro Arabian Futurity Reserve Championship at the 2017 High Roller Reining Classic in Las Vegas!

This team continues to win in the show pen, and we are very proud of their success.

2017 Tulsa Classic Futurity

Many thanks to longtime client Tracey Brose for the opportunity to train and show her very nice gelding, Reyny Day Dreamer.

This was the first time in the pen for Michelle and “Francis”, and the duo earned checks in the 2017 Tulsa Reining Classic Developing Horse Futurity, in levels 1 and 2.

Bred and raised by Tracey, Francis is by Magnum Chic Dream and out of her good mare, Reyny Chex. We are looking forward to the rest of the 2017 futurity season, but are especially excited about Tracey showing Francis in non pro derby competition next year!

2017 RMRHA Summer Slide


What a great week at Summer Slide for the CPH Team! 

  • Tim Long won Novice Horse Level 1 and was 3rd in level 2 bringing home a nice check on Xtra Little Spark
  • Sandy Cochran brought home checks in the Novice horse Open and Novice horse Non Pro on her horse Alota Electric
  • Michelle won a check on Splash is Wimpys Gun in the futurity, and had a very nice finals run on Picabo is Wimpys Gun, both owned by Pascal Noronha.
  • Tracey Brose successfully got through the pen on her very first futurity horse Reyny Day Dreamer, and won a check!!
  • Karin Troendle had great runs and made great progress with her horse, Grace Be Good. 
  • The youth all had nice runs on their horses.

2017 East Slope Slide


We had a great time at the 2017 EPRHA East Slope Slide! 

  • Sandy Cochran and her mare Alota Electric placed 3rd in the Novice Horse NP.
  • Michelle Chapman and Alota Electric won the AQHA Jr Class
  • Michelle rode Medora Fralick’s gelding, Wesley, to 2nd place in the Novice Horse club class
  • Joslyn Chapman ran a 70 1/2 to win the youth 14-18 on Vinney
  • Jessica Chapman ran a 70 on Bristol and placed 2nd in the youth 14-18.
